What we collect
Your name, gender, email address, phone number, Instagram (optional), your pyjama pick-up day and who invited you. If you bring a +1: their name, gender, email address and phone number. By entering your +1's details you confirm they agree to this notice.

Why
To manage the guest list for this event, confirm your RSVP by email, hand out the pyjamas and check you in at the door. Legal basis: your consent.

Who sees it
Only the SHU team. Your details are stored in SHU's Google Workspace account and are never shared with third parties or used for marketing.

How long
Up to 12 months after the event, then deleted.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing info@shuamsterdam.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
